By adding SchmeckBot to your Discord server or by using any of its features or commands, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, server administrators, and anyone who interacts with SchmeckBot.
2. Permitted Use
SchmeckBot is provided for legitimate server management, moderation, and entertainment purposes. You agree to use SchmeckBot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Use SchmeckBot to send spam, flood channels, or abuse any of its systems
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the bot in any way

3. Discord Terms of Service
All users of SchmeckBot must comply with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. SchmeckBot will not be used as a tool to violate Discord's policies. Any such use may result in immediate revocation of access.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
SchmeckBot is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The bot will be available at all times or operate without interruption
- The bot will be error-free or free from bugs and security vulnerabilities
- Any specific features will remain available in future versions
- The bot will meet your particular requirements or expectations
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers and operators of SchmeckBot shall not be held liable for any:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the bot
- Data loss, downtime, server outages, or technical malfunctions
- Actions taken by the bot based on its configuration or user commands
- Misuse of the bot by server administrators or members
6. Feature Changes
We reserve the right to modify, add, remove, or discontinue any feature of SchmeckBot at any time and without prior notice. We strive to communicate significant changes through our Support Server, but are not obligated to do so. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Abuse & Access Revocation
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently ban any user, bot instance, or server from using SchmeckBot at our sole discretion if we determine that these Terms of Service have been violated. This includes, but is not limited to, abuse, exploitation, or any activity that negatively impacts other users or the stability of the bot.
